Where do you ship internationally?
MILESEEY Golf ships worldwide from multiple global locations. For details on specific regions, please check our Shipping Policy under Shipping Origins.
Do I need to pay customs duties and fees?
We cover taxes and duties for most orders, but some countries may apply additional import charges. If this happens, contact us at mileseeygolf@mileseey.com or through Contact Us, and we’ll guide you for future orders. Please note, if delivery is refused due to duties, refunds are processed only after the package is returned and cleared, which may cause delays.
Can I pay in my local currency?
All orders are charged in USD. Your bank or credit card provider will handle the conversion, so your statement will show the equivalent in your local currency.
How can I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your address, contact us right away at mileseeygolf@mileseey.com. Processed orders may incur a $25 fee for address changes. If your order has already shipped, please work directly with the carrier to arrange delivery options.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel. We can assist before the order is confirmed for shipment. Custom and shipped orders cannot be canceled, but shipped items may be returned after delivery. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at mileseeygolf@mileseey.com or through Contact Us, and include photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or solution.
Why can’t I use my coupon code?
Check your code carefully, including capitalization, and ensure it hasn’t expired. Some codes cannot be combined with promotions, and codes found on third-party sites may not be valid.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day, and most orders ship within 48 hours. International shipments may face customs delays outside our control.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. All MILESEEY Golf products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order. Simply return the product in its original condition with all accessories included, and we’ll issue a refund after inspection.
How is my order shipped?
After you place an order on mileseeygolf.com, our team processes and prepares it for dispatch. In-stock items usually ship the next business day, while out-of-stock items will be updated with the latest estimated ship date. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your package leaves our warehouse.
Why hasn’t my package arrived?
We use FedEx and UPS for most domestic shipping, and USPS for some final-mile deliveries. Carriers may attempt multiple deliveries or leave a notice for rescheduling, so please verify your shipping address and phone number. All orders include tracking, and in rare cases of delivery failure, packages may return to us—resending may require an additional shipping fee.
What if my package is marked delivered but I haven’t received it?
Check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, or safe drop-off areas near your door, as packages are sometimes left in discreet places. If you still can’t locate it, contact Mileseey Golf Support at mileseeygolf@mileseey.com or click Contact Us so we can investigate.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Confirm your shipping address and check with your front desk or possible drop-off spots. If you still cannot locate the package within 24 hours of the delivery notification, contact Mileseey Golf Support at mileseeygolf@mileseey.com or via Contact Us for assistance.
Why are my readings inconsistent or jumpy?
Check that units are set to yards or meters correctly. Hold steady with two hands and sweep onto the flag instead of aiming directly, then clean the lens and avoid reflective backgrounds.
Why can’t I lock onto the flag?
Turn on Flag Lock, aim just below the flag and sweep up through it. If the background is busy, step closer and confirm your battery is charged.
Why don’t I feel vibration when I lock?
Keep the reticle on the flag for about one second. If vibration still doesn’t trigger, use the on-screen cue or contact Support.
Why does the distance seem off?
Make sure units are correct (yd or m). Use slope ON only when you want adjusted “play as” yardage, and OFF for tournaments. Always re-range from a steady stance.
Why won’t it measure very short or very long targets?
Step back a few yards for very short targets. For long shots, brace your arms and try Scan mode, avoiding heat shimmer by ranging from a slightly different angle.
Why is the display hard to see in bright sunlight?
Align your eye fully with the eyecup and shade the viewfinder with your hand. On models with brightness control (GenePro G1, S1, PF260, PFS2), you can also increase brightness in Settings.
Why does the device struggle in rain or fog?
Hold on the target a little longer and wipe the lens often. On models with Rain & Fog mode (PF260, PF1 Pro, PFS2), enabling this setting will help improve accuracy.
Why won’t my device power on?
Recharge or replace the battery and try another cable or port if it is rechargeable. If it still will not hold power, contact Mileseey Golf Support at mileseeygolf@mileseey.com or click Contact Us on our website.
Why does my battery drain so fast?
Charge fully before play or use a fresh CR2 battery. Avoid extreme temperatures and replace older batteries when needed.
Why does the device feel hot?
Turn it off and let it cool in the shade. Avoid leaving it on hot dashboards or carts, and if overheating continues, contact Mileseey Golf Support at mileseeygolf@mileseey.com or click Contact Us on our website.
Why aren’t the buttons or touchscreen responding?
Restart the device. For touch models, clean and dry the screen and use bare fingers or compatible gloves. Check if a key lock is turned on.
Why won’t the app pair with my device?
Turn on Bluetooth and Location on your phone. Make sure the device is not paired to another phone, then toggle Bluetooth off and on and retry in the app.
Why does app sync stop partway?
Keep the app open with your phone screen on and stay close to the device. Avoid interference and retry with both batteries above 50 percent.
Why do my course maps look outdated?
Check for course or map updates in the app, run the update with enough battery, then re-sync and reload the course.
Why does it show the wrong hole or not auto advance?
Manually select the correct hole, ensure GPS has a clear view of the sky, and restart the round if needed.
Why doesn’t the Range Sync Arc appear after a laser read?
Make sure you ranged while on the current hole screen and wait briefly for the overlay to render, or re-range after switching holes.
Why does the compass or pin direction seem off?
Keep magnets such as cart mounts or cases away. Calibrate the compass in Settings and move a few yards before testing again.
Why does slope feel inaccurate?
Use slope ON only in practice and OFF for tournaments. Always re-range from a stable stance and avoid heavy sidehill lies.
Why is the reticle blurry?
Adjust the diopter at the eyepiece until the reticle is sharp. If you wear glasses, try with and without to see which is clearer, and clean the eyepiece.
Why can’t I see the laser beam?
This is normal because the beam is not visible in daylight. Rely on the reticle, distance readout, and lock cues instead.
Why do the device and app show different units?
Set the same units on both device and app, then re-sync. Restart the app if the values do not refresh.
Why does firmware or map update fail?
Charge the device above 50 percent and use stable Wi-Fi while keeping the app active. If it fails repeatedly, reinstall the app and try again.
Why is there fog or condensation inside the eyepiece?
Turn it off and let it cool in the shade. Avoid leaving it on hot dashboards or carts, and if overheating continues, contact Mileseey Golf Support at mileseeygolf@mileseey.com or click Contact Uson our website.
Why are my readings different from my playing partner’s?
Make sure both devices use the same units and slope settings. Range the same target from the same spot, small differences are normal but large gaps are not.
When should I contact Support, and what info helps?
If issues persist, contact Mileseey Golf Support through mileseeygolf@mileseey.com or by clicking Contact Us on our website. Share your model, serial, firmware or app version, battery level, course, hole, and photos or video if possible.

What does the standard manufacturer’s warranty cover?
All MILESEEY Golf rangefinders purchased from mileseeygolf.com include a standard manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing and operational defects—10 years for the GenePro G1 and GenePro S1, and 5 years for all other models. The warranty applies worldwide regardless of where the product is used.
How do I use the manufacturer’s warranty?
Warranty starts from the purchase date with proof of purchase, or from the production date in the serial number if proof is unavailable. GenePro G1 has a 10-year warranty, while other golf rangefinders include 5 years. During coverage, MILESEEY Golf may repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished model, or provide a refund.
What is Extended Warranty?
Our Extended Warranty via Extend covers accidental damage, defects, and failures. Benefits include easy replacements for drops, spills, or electrical failures. Coverage can be added after purchase as long as the product is undamaged. For orders from Amazon, eBay, or AliExpress, warranty follows each platform’s policy. Each package includes an Extend card with a QR code or registration link to add two extra years of coverage.
Can I claim warranty on a discontinued product?
Yes. If your product has been discontinued, we’ll replace it with the closest equivalent model, though size or color may vary.
How long does the claim process take?
Most claims are reviewed within two business days. Once approved, replacements usually ship within 2–3 business days. We may request additional details or a product return before approval.
Do I need to pay return shipping?
MILESEEY Golf covers return shipping for approved warranty claims. Exceptions include non-defective returns, claims made outside the country of purchase, items confirmed functional by quality control, international returns, or unauthorized returns outside the approved warranty process.
What’s the safest way to clean the lenses?
Start by removing loose dust with a blower or lens brush. Then wipe in gentle circles with a clean microfiber cloth, and if needed use a few drops of lens-safe cleaner applied to the cloth.
How do I remove fingerprints or water spots on the lens?
Fog the lens slightly with your breath, then wipe with a microfiber cloth. For stubborn spots, use lens cleaner on the cloth and finish with a dry section.
How should I clean the touchscreen or display?
Power off the device first. Use a screen-safe wipe or lightly damp microfiber to clean, then dry immediately with a clean cloth, avoiding pressure or liquid near seams or ports.
Can I use alcohol or disinfectant wipes?
Use only screen-safe electronics wipes on displays. For the body, a lightly damp microfiber with mild soap is fine, but avoid ammonia, acetone, aerosol glass sprays, or abrasive agents.
What cleaners should I avoid?
Never use paper towels or napkins, household glass sprays, acetone, or ammonia. Do not spray liquids directly on the device—apply to the cloth instead.
How often should I clean the optics?
Blow off dust before each round if conditions are dusty, and wipe after rain or fog exposure. Deep cleaning should only be done occasionally to preserve coatings.
What should I do if sand or dust gets on the device?
Do not wipe grit directly across the lens. Use a blower and brush gently before wiping with microfiber and lens cleaner, and check buttons or the diopter for trapped particles.
What should I do after playing in rain or fog?
Power off and wipe the device dry. Clean the lenses and seals with microfiber, then air-dry in a ventilated area before storage. Avoid sealing it damp and check your model’s weather rating.
How should I handle salt spray after playing near the ocean?
Wipe the body with a slightly damp microfiber using fresh water, then dry immediately. Clean the lenses last with lens cleaner and air-dry before storing.
What if there is internal fog or condensation?
Turn off the device and place it in a dry, warm spot with desiccant for several hours. Do not use a hair dryer, and contact Support if condensation persists.
Any tips for caring for the eyecup and diopter ring?
Keep the eyecup clean and dry, and blow out sand before rotating. Use a dry swab for the diopter groove and avoid lotions or oils touching the rubber.
How should I store the rangefinder between rounds?
Store it clean and dry in its protective case, in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Avoid stacking heavy items on top, and add a desiccant pack in humid climates.
Is it safe to leave the device in a car?
Avoid long exposure to heat or cold since car interiors can exceed safe temperatures. If it has been left in a car, allow it to return to room temperature before use or charging.
What’s the best way to care for the battery during long-term storage?
For rechargeable models, store at 50–70% charge and top up every few months. For replaceable batteries, consider removing the cell if storing more than 60 days. Always keep batteries dry and cool.
How do I keep the charging port or battery compartment clean?
Dry ports or compartments after rain, remove debris with a soft brush, and keep rechargeable ports capped if a cover is provided.
Should I use a protective case and lanyard?
Yes, always transport in the provided case to prevent drops and scratches. Use the wrist strap when carrying, and avoid stuffing it into tight pockets that press on buttons.
Any cautions when using magnetic mounts?
Keep strong magnets away from compass features as they can affect accuracy. Mount only on clean, flat metal and remove before driving on rough terrain.
Can I apply screen protectors or third-party covers?
Use protectors designed for your model. Avoid thick films that interfere with buttons or block sensors, the eyepiece, or ports.
How do I clean stubborn grime on the body?
Use a slightly damp microfiber with a drop of mild soap, then wipe clean with a second damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid soaking seams or labels.
What should I do after a muddy round?
Let mud dry, then brush it off gently. Wipe remaining residue with a damp cloth and dry fully, cleaning optics last to avoid scratching the lens.
Any maintenance tips to keep performance consistent?
Keep lenses spotless and check diopter focus regularly. Update firmware or maps if supported, and inspect straps, mounts, and cases for wear.
How do I prevent mold or odors in humid climates?
Always dry the device completely before storage. Store it with fresh desiccant packs and air out the case after wet rounds.
What should I avoid during cleaning?
Do not use paper products on optics, spray liquids directly on the device, or use compressed air at close range. Never immerse the device in water.
Any travel tips for flights or transport?
Pack the device in your carry-on with its protective case. For replaceable batteries such as CR2, follow airline rules and carry spares in original packaging. Avoid checked luggage to reduce shock and temperature risks.
How should I care for logos and painted markings?
Wipe gently with a damp microfiber. Avoid solvents or scrubbing, as these can fade inks or remove paint.
