How do I turn the GeneSonic Go on or off?
To turn it on, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
To turn it off, press and hold for 5 seconds, or swipe down and tap the Power icon.

First, tap the Golf icon on Home.
Then, wait for GPS to lock, choose your course and tee box.
How long does it take to fully charge the GeneSonic Go?
You can fully charge it in about 3 hours with a standard charger.

You can press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds to shut it down.
If it’s still unresponsive, press and hold for 10 seconds to force reset.

App & Connectivity

How do I pair the GeneSonic Go with the mobile app?
Turn on Bluetooth on the GeneSonic Go.
Find the # ID in Settings → General → About.
Then in the app go to Devices → Add Device and select the matching # ID.
You’ll see “Connected” once it’s paired.
What if GPS can’t locate or looks inaccurate?
You can move to an open area with fewer obstructions, make sure your course data is up to date in the app, and restart the GeneSonic Go if needed.
What if I can’t find my GeneSonic Go?
You can open the app, go to Devices, and use Find My Device. The GeneSonic Go needs to be locatable for this to work.
