Shipping Fees
According to the destination of your order, we offer both free and paid shipping.

If the package weighs less than 4 KG, we provide free shipping.

For orders weighing more than 4 KG, we cover the first 4 KG of shipping cost, and the excess will be borne by the customer.
We provide free shipping services to the following destinations.
- South America and North America: United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Europe: All countries and regions listed above except Croatia, Georgia, Iceland, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Asia: Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Macao (China), Myanmar, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan (China), Thailand, United Arab Emirates.

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
Please note that customers in the above-mentioned countries must provide their personal tax identification number when placing an order in order to enjoy free shipping services.
From Monday to Friday, we will ship within 48 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the next business day.
Regardless of the shipping method, international shipments may be subject to unpredictable delays during customs clearance.

When Will My Order Ship/Arrive?
Here’s how our process works:

You place your order online at mileseeygolf.com, and then our customer service team processes your order and sends it to our warehouse for shipment preparation.

In stock conditions, 99% of orders will be shipped on the next business day. In special cases such as out of stock, we will inform you of the latest estimated shipping information by email or publish the latest estimated shipping time on the product detail page. Note: Our warehouse team works hard and takes well-deserved rest during weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be prioritized for processing on the next business day.

A shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, this email is expected to arrive in your inbox immediately. The email will include tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey to your home.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the link in the email or check directly in our Order Tracker to view the latest status of your shipment.
Shipping Delays
Although we strive to ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday, delays may occur due to invalid shipping addresses, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
If your package has not arrived by the expected time, please:

Check tracking information to confirm if delivery has been completed. If marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.

Contact your local post office for more information. Carriers like UPS and FedEx often hand packages to local postal services for final delivery.
