Warranty Policy
This document respects your legal rights as a consumer and does not limit them in any way. MILESEEY Golf will fulfill all obligations required by law. If any part of this policy conflicts with applicable law, we will comply with the legal requirements as closely as possible. If any part of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
This policy outlines all warranties provided for products purchased from mileseeygolf.com, superseding any other express or implied warranties or conditions, including those related to quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
Valid Proof of Purchase

An order number from purchases made online through an authorized MILESEEY Golf dealer.

Please note that processing a warranty claim may require multiple forms of proof of purchase (e.g., remittance receipt, confirmation of the original shipping address).
Shipping Costs to Be Covered by the Buyer

Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.

Warranty claims for products purchased outside the original country of purchase.

Returned products claimed to be defective but verified as fully functional by MILESEEY Golf Quality Control.

Returning defective products via international shipping.

Costs related to unauthorized returns (any returns made outside the approved warranty process).
What This Warranty Covers
✓ During the warranty period, if defects in original materials or workmanship are identified.
✓ Products or parts replaced under this warranty become the property of MILESEEY Golf and will not be returned to you. If products or parts require repair after the warranty period, you must pay all labor and parts costs. The warranty terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
MILESEEY Golf’s warranty does not apply to defects or damage resulting from:
× Use outside of normal and customary operation.
× Abnormal conditions, improper storage, immersion in liquids outside product specifications, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, or other acts not attributable to MILESEEY Golf.
× Failure to notify Customer Satisfaction Team of the claimed defect or malfunction within the applicable warranty period.
× Use of accessories not approved by MILESEEY Golf.
× Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces or other externally exposed parts due to normal use.
× Products used in rental programs.
× Lost or stolen products.
× Second-hand products purchased from marketplaces such as Facebook, eBay, or Craigslist.
Remedies
During the warranty period, if the product proves defective and you follow applicable instructions, including returning the product if required, MILESEEY Golf will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product equivalent to the one being replaced
- Refund all or part of the purchase price of the product
Warranty Assurance
If your product is fully replaced under warranty (excluding accessories), the warranty period for the new product will be recalculated according to the “Three Guarantees” law.
Filing a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective and still under warranty, you may email our customer support team at mileseeygolf@mileseey.com. Please include your personal email address, a valid proof of purchase (containing the order number, product model, and purchase date), along with a note of your purchase channel and the reason for your claim. Submit this information to initiate a warranty claim. Our customer satisfaction team will process your claim within 2 business days.
When Does My Warranty Start/Expire?
Your warranty begins on the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. The GenePro G1 and GenePro S1 carry a 10-year warranty, while other golf laser rangefinders carry a 5-year warranty. If proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty period will be determined using the production date encoded in the device serial number.
How Long to Receive a Replacement?
Our Customer Satisfaction Team reviews most claims within 2 business days. During this period, they may approve or reject the claim, request additional information, or require return of the defective product before replacement. In most cases, your replacement rangefinder will be shipped within 2–3 business days after approval of your claim and fulfillment of all conditions.
Limitation of Liability
MILESEEY Golf is responsible for product loss or damage only if the product has been officially delivered to and received by MILESEEY Golf, or if MILESEEY Golf arranged the product shipment.
MILESEEY Golf is not responsible for any loss or disclosure of data (including confidential, proprietary, or personal information) contained in the product.
MILESEEY Golf, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or service providers shall not be liable under any legal theory (contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, etc.) for:
- Claims for damages by third parties;
- Loss, damage, or disclosure of your data;
- Special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, reputation, or anticipated savings.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product, regardless of cause. These limitations do not apply to liability for personal injury (including death) or property damage where MILESEEY Golf is legally responsible.
Additional Rights
Consumers protected by applicable consumer protection laws in their country of purchase or residence may have additional rights and remedies beyond this warranty. These rights supplement, not replace, this warranty policy.
MILESEEY Golf is obligated to provide products that meet consumer expectations. Products purchased online at mileseeygolf.com carry a 5-year warranty. National laws may provide additional protections. If a product is found defective under this warranty, consumers have the right to choose repair or replacement. This choice may be limited only if the preferred option is legally or practically impossible, or if the cost to MILESEEY Golf is disproportionately high compared to other remedies.
Additional Notes
Warranty and after-sales service may vary depending on product differences across countries or regions. In some regions, after-sales service may not be available, or services outside coverage may incur fees. Please contact MILESEEY Golf After-Sales Team for details.
Due to product version differences, MILESEEY Golf products are not covered by a global warranty. Repairs may only be carried out at designated service centers outside the purchase country. In such cases, MILESEEY Golf will decide how to provide service based on local inventory and will only offer paid repairs. If this policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the latter shall prevail without prior notice.
For cross-border returns, all customs duties, clearance fees, and other related charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact MILESEEY Golf for more details and specific repair and return guidelines.
Purchases on Third-Party Platforms
If you purchased through official or authorized stores on third-party platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, or Aliexpress), warranty services will be provided by the original seller in accordance with their store policies and the platform’s terms.
In addition, a warranty extension card is included in the product packaging. Scan the Third-Party Users Register QR code and submit the form to successfully apply for an extra 2-year warranty.
