1. Where the order will be shipped from?
For the US and EU markets, we can ship major items from local warehouses in the US and Germany. For other markets, we ship from our factory warehouse in China.
2. Which countries do you ship to?
We are available to ship the order to major countries including the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East, etc.
Currently, we are not available to ship to Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Russia, Belarus, Israel, and Africa due to logistics and customs issues.

3. How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for major areas including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and EU, etc. It will not display the shipping cost when processing the checkout of the order. If the areas do not apply to free shipping, the shipping cost will be displayed on the page of checkout.
4. When will you ship my order?
Normally our order and logistics system may complete the order shipping in 1-2 working days, after shipping the package, the store system will send an email notification to customers with tracking information at the email address mentioned in the order.
5. How long does the order shipping take?
For packages to the US, the customer can normally receive them in 3-5 days if we have ready stock in the US warehouse, or 7-10 days if we ship from our factory warehouse in China.
For packages ship to Europe, the customer can typically receive them in 3-8 days if we have ready stock in the EU warehouse, or 10-15 days if we ship from our factory warehouse in China.
For packages to other areas, it may take 2-3 weeks or so to deliver the order. Thanks!

6. Why the tracking status is not updated after shipping?
For the order shipped from our factory warehouse in China, after shipping the order, the package is under transit to the airline. The system will update the status after the airline departs or customs releases the package. You can track the real-time updates with the link below, and then input the tracking number mentioned in the email.
